Eric Walter
Account Executive
Born in Syracuse, New York and raised in southern New Jersey, Eric graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a BSBA in Management. Eric lived and worked in Virginia for a number of years before making the decision to return with his family to his hometown of Millville to assist as an account executive at his family’s expanding agency.
Eric brings to Graphicus an extensive background in management, training, client services and information technology. During the 90’s, Eric worked for Caremark Prescription Services where he worked in a variety of customer service-oriented roles before rising to Junior Network Administrator. He moved on to becoming a Customer Service Desktop Analyst for Time-Life.
Most recently, Eric worked at Capital One where he started as a desktop computer analyst before ascending to a position as a manager in the LAN Services Department. During his tenure there, he was chosen to develop an internal help desk to successfully transition his company until a corporate-wide system could be instituted.
Eric’s range of experience—in particular, his success in collaborative, team environments—make him an especially good fit for the role of account executive. His career focus continues to be on delivering to his clients the best and most efficient experience possible.
Eric lives in Millville with his wife, three children and assorted pets. Outside of office hours, he enjoys playing sports and coaching his children’s teams.
